Annual Health Risk Profile 

All Mercer employees can schedule their Annual Health Risk Profile (HRP) at no-charge.  The HRP is completed in the Wellness office and includes blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and body composition screenings.

Weight Loss Programs

Whether your weight loss goal is 10 pounds or 100, Wellness can help you make healthy changes that promote long term weight loss in both group and individual settings.

Stress Management

Research suggests that perhaps 60% of physician’s visits can be attributed to stress.  Wellness offers group education, individual coaching, and stress break guided meditations.
