In February, love is the air, and this year, we’re asking you to Show Your Heart the Love during Mercer’s Fourth Annual Go Red Week. Heart disease is the number one killer of both men and women, taking the lives of more than 600,000 Americans each year.  Go Red Week at Mercer was created to raise awareness about heart health and encourage students, faculty, staff, and the community to be heart healthy all year long.  Go Red Week takes place February 12th-17th with more than 20 heart healthy activities taking place across Mercer’s campuses.  This year, our theme is Show Your Heart the Love.  Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to get moving, eat healthy, manage your stress, and win prizes. You can find a full list of Go Red Week activities and events on the Mercer Wellness website.

We hope you’ll join us throughout Go Red Week and Show Your Heart the Love all year long.
